When cities across the country began to shut down, Andrew and Julia Stier had left their homes in Austin and Los Angeles to move back in with their parents in San Antonio, Texas.

Julia Stier is (typically) an LA-based Actress and Playwright, and her brother, Andrew Stier is a Ph.D student at the University of Texas. During his time there, Andrew performed with an on-campus improv team, and has continued studying comedy and improv at The Hideout Theatre in Austin.

Julia Stier says “To keep ourselves sane – and share some laughter while in lockdown – we created the online sketch comedy channel Adult Children. Under this brand name, we release short, digestible sketches that take a light-hearted look at the troubles of quarantine. We chronicle the funny, frustrating, and factual tribulations that occur when two grown siblings move back home because of a global pandemic.”

The sketches are at episode 6 with the titles starting out from Quarantining with Siblings, Quarantine Vlog Disaster, Quarantine Easter, Writer’s Room ft. Overprotective Parents, Quarantine Song, and Six Foot Struggle
