The Numbers and Dates of the Project

Casting was completed on March 9, 2023.

The Trilogy is an international film franchise with 70 English speaking actors. Who were cast from several countries, and who are of different ages, ethnicities. And sexual orientations, and with 1,500 extras and 38 English speaking multi national production crew members.

The 6 film products will be shot in two countries, in high definition and according to Hollywood standards. The first two feature films and the first two documentaries will be shot in London. While the third film and the third documentary will be shot in a tourist location in northern Greece.

The project as a whole is tentatively entitled The Trilogy until production is complete. The actual titles of each film will be revealed later. But only during the marketing campaign that will precede the commercial release of the movies.

The films are scheduled for release in December 2024.

I want to tell one of the best stories that Hollywood has ever brought to the screen. An extremely popular story that will also be emblematic of contemporary human relations. I will represent a turning point, a milestone, in defining the cultural conflict over freedom of speech. While at the same time It will present some very worrying realities of today. Such as the sexualization of children, the Satanism and the widespread pedophilia.

The 3 documentaries (The Making of the three films) will be directed by Daria Trifu. While I will be in charge of their final cut.

I had the first idea for the project 7 years ago. And I started writing notes for the first script five years ago. In the beginning, the idea was to make a short film called SPA. With stories that revolved around a gym and spa located in a tourist resort. Logically, the project evolved over the years and a little over a year ago it took its final form. For the past two years I have been working intensively on the screenplays, which are now complete. They are ironclad scripts. They reveal to the reader everything that appears on the screen in every second of the three feature films. The Trilogy films are mainstream to fully develop the principal various subjects. The sex scenes are pushed to the edge and will guarantee popularity. And the broad interest of different segments of the world’s viewers.

The films are inspired by the work of a writer from another time, an extremely controversial genius. When revealed, the name of the writer alone will guarantee a global public interest in watching The Trilogy films! For marketing reasons, the name of this writer will not be revealed. Until the start of the promotional campaign that will precede the release of the films.

The locations, shooting dates and production schedules for 6 films products are decided. The pre-production and the total development of the films have been completed. This is, at today, the very advanced stage of the project.

Budget, Income Projections, Term Sheet and Pitch Deck

From a financial point of view, I should specify that the preliminary budget was $120 mm. After some magic that Daria, my team. I pulled off, the costs remaining to be covered amount to $30 mm only (which includes $10 mm that has been delegated to the marketing). Therefore, we are seeking a $30 mm contribution from an investment group.

This time, I have decided that The Trilogy should be financed by a single entity (be it a venture capital company, a hedge fund, a private equity firm or a private financier), because the capital required to make six films is small (in cinematic terms), and because I want to tailor the limited partnership to the needs and prerogatives of a single entity. I firmly believe that a perfect agreement between two parties must be highly profitable, convenient and fair for both, and I like the final proposal I present to the partner to have elastic and easily modifiable parts.

The limited partner will be happy to know that the very conservative return on investment (ROI) is expected to be 600%; that the premiere of The Trilogy will be preceded by an extensive marketing campaign; that the funds ($10 mm) invested in marketing alone have the property, in a sense, to self-multiply by six; that the films will be distributed worldwide starting by globalcinema.online – Global Film Studio’s streaming service for non-violent films – and followed by the international film and television circuits; and, finally, that Global Film Studio will not share the profit of the six film products with the limited partner, but it will share the total income (consisting of the sum of all receipts) of the six film products.

Daria Trifu, my team and I, with the assistance of several professionals and especially attorney Hughie Wong, Partner at Walkers, the leading offshore law firm in London, UK, have prepared the Term Sheet for the financing of the project and, from the feedback we receive, we can say that we have done a good job. The latest analysis of the document, which arrived yesterday, comes from a very savvy American businessman whom I do not know personally and who only recently connected with me on Linkedin. Here is, in his own words, what he thinks: “The Term Sheet is well laid out and has excellent clarity (Warren Buffet would likely approve).”

In addition to the Term Sheet, the 10-page Pitch Deck is also available and it contains the elements necessary to become fully informed about the films. At this point, I think I’ve clarified everything that has been done for the preparation of the project: the scripts are ready, the casting is complete, the choice of locations and production dates is at an advanced stage, and the direction of each shot is described in detail in the screenplays.

Seeking an Introduction

Now, since I have not approached venture capital companies or hedge funds in the past, I am looking to be referred to the right company by someone familiar with these entities and their modus operandi.

As you see, my proposal is not only for somebody with $30 mm at their disposal, but I am open to work with a broker, a facilitator or a businessperson who, unlike me, has a good knowledge of venture capital, private equity and/or the hedge fund world, and who will be able to present my proposal to the right entity, the one that will accept it; in fact, I have decided to reward the broker/facilitator who provides me with an introduction to capital that materializes, with a significant amount of dollars.

In very simple terms, I can tell you that I would like to be introduced to an entity that is able and willing to invest $30 mm in order to realize $200 mm tax-free in about 4 years

Reference Films

As far as our industry is concerned, the post-pandemic phase over the past year has been positive: the best films have found public acceptance and interest and, at the same time, performed well at the box office. Top Gun with a 170 mm budget made 9 times as much, Avatar: The Way of Water with a 500 mm budget made 5 times as much, and Elvis made over 4 times its 85 mm budget in a few months.

Here, I must open a parenthesis and explain why I mentioned these projects and why they are comparable to our Trilogy.

Professional film, like ours, is an industrial prototype of a product that, in different forms, is created to be seen all over the world in different languages. We are talking about truly professional films, about films that, like The Trilogy, can be nominated for the Oscar, about films that are appreciated among the best in the world, made by some of the world’s greatest talents and truly master directors.
