Seriousplay creates an appreciation for independent short films. We curate and aggregate in the short format; short films and web series from independent organizations, producers, and filmmakers. These films are works of art and serve as entertainment breaks. Watch it on seven (7) branded YouTube channels; Nova, Witty, Aura, Zero, Moot, Shadow and Rush. The Seriousplay initiative is a not-for-profit project run by indieactivity

Nova
Sci-fi channel presents hypothetical futures that are typically technology dystopias of tyranny and chaos. The laws of the Universe are bent by time, ideas leading the protagonist into uncharted territory exploring space, astronomy, science, psychology, and philosophy.

Witty
The comedy channel presents human-focused humor, comedy or witty content. These sub-genres include parody, satire, sitcom, romantic, screwball, farce, dark to black comedy, all differing by the focus of comic attack, and the degree of ridicule, it can be gentle, caustic, and lethal.

Aura
The crime channel unearths the dynamics of our experiences within our communities; murder mystery, caper, detective, gangster, thriller, courtroom, newspaper, espionage, film noir, or prison drama. Discover a world of surreal, dark, subtle thrillers, and qualities of the master detective, master criminal, cop, crook, victim, lawyer, reporter, spy, inmate, anti-hero and femme fatale.

Zero
The animation channel explores the laws of universal metamorphism, where anything can become something else; the content leans towards farce or high adventure and for its youthful audience the content mostly runs the maturation plot. However, we have opened it up much more to hold any genre.

Moot
The drama channel presents humanity-focused drama, it recognizes, seeks, describes, demonstrates, and resolves the duality, challenges, dynamics, frailty, beauty, and resolve in human nature through the contradictions, conflicts, and desires we experience.

Shadow
This channel presents uncanny, supernatural, and super-uncanny horror content. The horror can be rational, irrational and in between the first two, as it keeps you guessing.

Rush
The action/adventure channel allows you to explore the feeling of heart-wrenching, hot adrenaline-type rush; it often extracts from the war or political drama genre, to use as motivation for explosive action. It treats our ideas of destiny, the spiritual, disaster, or survival. war, political drama, quest, destiny determination, and revenge.

The Seriousplay initiative seeks to reap value and appreciation for the creativity of these filmmakers who prove creative freedom is a right to make a structured coherent and dramatic story into a film for screens.
