Melbourne, FL Caroline Street Productions (CSP), in partnership with Space Dream Productions, announces the approval of a fiscal sponsorship from the Utah Film Center, a 501c3 organization based in Salt Lake City, Utah.

With this sponsorship, “The Shelter” (already a 4-time nominated, 2-time award-winning screenplay in just the last 6 months), is now open to 100% tax-deductible contributions towards it’s funding! Led by an award-winning, breakout female director and an 80% female key production crew, this tropical tale of friendship, family, and a few other odd salty goings-on is a film to follow.

Breakout director Koura Linda shares, “I am extremely honored and excited to bring this story to life, as I feel that there are so many layers to the tale. I am eager to showcase not only the diverse cast both in age, ethnicity and gender, but also the beautiful landscape that plays such an important role in the story itself.”

The Shelter” is slated to feature two “A” list actors, as well as industry veteran FX, DP, Sound, and Post Production teams.

Award-winning writer and actor, Bob Caso presents yet another socio-economically charged and relevant dramedy about life, love, friendship, timely environmental concerns, and an unlikely hero. Primarily featuring life on Florida’s Space Coast, Bob brings Hollywood back to Florida, where he grew up. He has an insatiable passion for and looks to not only generate revenue for this great community, but to inspire the creativity in all who escape into the adventurous worlds brought to life in his stories.

Caso shares, “Coming back home to Florida has fueled my writing. My first feature film recently received its first festival selections, and distribution offers, while the second one is about to shoot, and I have five more on deck! I will continue to honor and tell the stories of this beachside paradise I call home, through filmmaking.”

Bob’s first film, “Between Waves” is currently considering several distribution offers and is premiering as an Official Selection at the Gasparilla International Film Festival on March 22nd, in Tampa, FL.

Traditional film investment opportunities for “The Shelter” and other CSP projects are also available.
