“We are thrilled at the interest the film is getting, even ahead of a public screening”, said Producer Tierney Boorboor. Writer, Director, and Producer Nicola Rose, whose work has been acclaimed on the indie film festival circuit, adds, “I think anyone who’s ever had a messy growing-up experience will relate to this story on some level — so, most of us.”

Goodbye, Petrushka tells the story of starry-eyed, awkward Claire (Lizzie Kehoe), who moves impulsively from NYC to Paris, where she nannies for the family from hell, battles wacky French bureaucrats, embarrasses herself in front of her Parisian crush Thibaut (Thomas Vieljeux) and navigates a toxic relationship — among other faux pas.
