When the Prime Minister of England dies in questionable circumstances, his closest advisor is left to salvage the country’s trade deal with France and try to protect his country’s reputation.
Synopsis: When the Prime Minister dies in scandalous circumstances, Mr Pageant – his closest advisor – must salvage the country’s free trade deal with the visiting French ambassador whilst limiting the damage a chambermaid may cause to the country’s reputation.
Director and writer Isher Sahota is in selection for a coveted place on the BBC’s New Directors scheme, Isher has directed Doctors and Father Brown for BBC Studios, HollyOaks for Lime Pictures/Channel 4, and McDonald & Dodds for Mammoth Screen/ITV. Isher is currently directing Film 2 of Series 3 of Grace for Tall Story/ITV. Earlier this year Isher completed his debut feature The Effects of Lying.
