Merlisa Determined and Spragga Benz get Second Chance

The filming of a new movie titled “Second Chance” starring Dancehall, Reggae artiste Spragga Benz, who plays ‘David award-winning actress Merlisa Determined, who plays ‘Dana’, and Jhonn de La Puente, ‘as Alpha’. This movie is about the hustle and bustle of making a choice to live a fast life or walk the straight and narrow path.

They were all friends ever since they were all kids however Dana and David had a special connection and both were raised in good Christian homes, headed down a great path. Alpha on the other hand as a kid always lived a life close to the edge, doing whatever it takes to survive.

As young Adults, things changed Dana on her way to law school and David now living a fulfilling Rasta life, was away Working on his Masters Degree. Alpha built up his kingdom of crime on money laundering and robbery, sinking deeper into criminality. The movie is an adventure following David as he rekindles his friendships and seeks to find his rightful place in this world.

Award-winning actress Merlisa Determined has recently been exciting fans with lots of behind-the-scenes photos and few seconds video clips of her new movie project “Second Chance”, which is being filmed in Hollywood, Florida, USA. Practically, shutting down part of Hollywood, Florida residential neighborhood, luxury vehicles such as Porsche, Lamborghini, and Bentleys were seen speeding up and down the streets, capturing the essence and beauty of Florida’s fast lifestyle.

Cleon James is the CEO and founder of Top Notch Vision Films, which is based in Boston said local police officers were on set, blocking off the residential streets so the cast and crew members could get their work done, with no interruptions from the local’s onlookers. While he remained tightlipped on the details of the movie, he did say that it featured a lot of spiritually charged scenes and getting that Second Chance in life many people pray for.

We had lots of fun on set but One of the main challenges is filming during the pandemic said Merlisa. There are lots of restrictions and safety guidelines to follow, making sure I was safe as well as the safety of others. Despite all those challenges we had to keep pushing through. The movie screening is set for later this year 2021 and is scheduled to be released in 2022.
